Requesting evidence from a supplier
Suppliers don't need a CertyLoop account. Supplier Requests → + New — pick the product, and if you've already recorded that supplier in the product's supply chain with their email, it's pre-filled. Your supplier gets an emailed link (valid 14 days, no login) where they can add notes and upload documents.
The materials library
Save a material once (name, whether it's recycled or hazardous) and reuse it across products instead of retyping the same entry every time.
Compliance overview
A catalog-wide view — average readiness across every product, which ones need the most attention, and which single required field is missing most often, so you can fix the one thing that unblocks the most products at once.
Compliance pack
From a product's detail page, download a PDF summarizing everything ESPR-relevant about it — identification, readiness, materials, compliance text — for an auditor or procurement contact who wants a document, not a login.
