Shipments

Shipments page shows everything sent to you, with the same live carrier tracking your manufacturer sees. If tracking isn't catching up fast enough, "Confirm receipt" marks it delivered yourself — either side confirming works.

Quotes

You can quote a customer directly from your own available inventory (not your manufacturer's whole catalog — only what's actually been shipped to you). Converting an accepted quote allocates one of your own units and completes the sale.

Your own customer invoices

Customer Invoices lists everything you've billed directly to end customers, separate from anything your manufacturer bills.
