Selling to a customer
Registering a sale, activating warranty, and multi-item sales.
Selling one unit
Open the unit → Sell to a customer. Optional buyer name, contact, email, and a sale price if you want an invoice generated. This activates the unit's warranty and marks it sold — no separate step needed.
Selling several at once
From the Inventory page, select multiple units (a "select all in stock" checkbox per product group helps) and complete one multi-item sale — this creates one Order covering all of them.
If no price can be resolved from anywhere (a manual entry, your manufacturer's price list, or the product's own list price), the sale still completes but no invoice is generated — a clear warning tells you exactly which units and why, so nothing is silently missing.
Your resale price is capped if your manufacturer has set a maximum for that product — entering more than that is rejected outright, not silently adjusted.
