Dealers, assignments, and shipments

Building your dealer network and getting stock to them.

Creating a dealer

Manufacturer Dashboard → Dealers → + New Dealer. You create the dealer's company and its first admin login — dealers can't sign themselves up.

Assigning stock

Assignments page — group your unassigned units by product, set a wholesale price / suggested retail price / maximum resale price for that dealer if you want one enforced, and assign in bulk.

Shipping it to them

Shipments page → New Shipment. Pick a dealer, pick the units (grouped by product, searchable), and a carrier + tracking number if you have one. Creating a shipment does not hand the units over yet — a unit only actually moves into that dealer's inventory once the shipment is marked Delivered, either by you, by the dealer confirming receipt, or automatically once carrier tracking shows it delivered.

Live tracking

Pick a courier from the dropdown when creating a shipment (DHL, DPD, GLS, and others) and CertyLoop checks its status automatically going forward, updating the shipment and notifying the dealer as it moves.

Packaging records (box type, protective materials, who packed it, photos of the packed state) can be added per shipment — useful evidence if a carrier damage claim ever comes up.
