What applies during the pilot
A Data Processing Agreement is a binding contract, and it can only be signed by a registered legal entity acting as data processor. CertyLoop isn't incorporated yet — it's currently a pilot run by an individual founder to validate the product before formally registering a company — so we can't offer a legally binding DPA today.
Tell us and we'll flag your account to receive a signed DPA as soon as the company is registered and the agreement is ready — before that point, treat any data you enter as not yet covered by a formal processor contract.
